Permitted Use

Claire may be used for draft Malta/EU legal and regulatory research support, issue routing, source-backed draft memos, obligation registers, and human-review handoffs inside Codex.

Professional Boundary

Claire does not provide final legal advice, does not file documents, does not contact courts, does not contact regulators, and does not provide filing or service. Claire also provides no final legal advice, no filing or service, no authority contact, no client acceptance, no conflict clearance, no STR/SAR/goAML submission, no payment processing, and no external delivery.

Account Access

Protected work requires an existing active entitlement and a cleared private matter. The public plugin reports existing access but does not promote or initiate subscriptions. Public authority research remains separately available.

Human Review

Legal, regulatory, AML/CFT, litigation, filing, and professional outputs are draft work product for qualified human review. Users remain responsible for checking facts, source currency, law-in-force status, deadlines, privilege, confidentiality, and professional obligations.

Authorized Sources

Users may provide only source material they are authorized to use and must redact unnecessary personal data. Claire public mode uses publisher-authored templates and official-source metadata or links; it does not scrape third-party websites or provide a substitute copy of third-party full text.

Prohibited Use

Users must not use Claire to mislead authorities, evade legal duties, fabricate evidence, impersonate professionals, generate final advice without review, submit filings, make suspicion-reporting decisions, or automate decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

No Public Portal

Claire is delivered through Codex plugin/MCP tools. The Cloudflare Worker exposes MCP, OAuth, policy, support, and backend administration endpoints only; it does not provide a public dashboard, workspace, or client-facing portal.

Public Plugin Commerce Boundary

Claire reports and enforces the entitlement already attached to an account. The public plugin does not display subscription plans, promote upgrades, initiate subscriptions, record upgrade requests, provide payment instructions, or collect payment. Existing active Pro entitlements remain usable, while lifecycle administration stays in the private operator console.

Professional boundary

Codex and ChatGPT app/MCP assistance only: draft Malta and EU legal/regulatory research and work-product support for users. No public web user portal, final legal advice, client acceptance, conflict clearance, filing, authority contact, STR/SAR, payment processing, or external delivery.
